Electrocomponents : RS Components awarded ‘Top Ten Overseas Brand Distributor’ by ESM China

Hong Kong, 18 October 2016 - RS Components (RS), the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE:ECM), the global distributor for engineers, has again been awarded the 'Top Ten Overseas Brand Distributor' by Electronics Supply and Manufacturing China (ESM China), in its 2016 ESM China Distributor Awards. RS was selected for its strong brand identity, effective product marketing and service excellence in China. This is the second consecutive year RS has won this prestigious award.

The ESM China award is an industry award that recognises outstanding distributors in China based on the results of an ESM China organised online survey, which takes place over three months. Analysts shortlisted active electronic component distributors based on the survey results and readers voted on the performance of the distributors.
