Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Niksic (EPCG) is a Montenegro-based electric utility company. It is principally engaged in the production, transmission, distribution and supply of electric power. The Company operates two high-capacity Hydro plants: Perucica and Piva, seven low-capacity hydro plants and one thermal power plant Pljevlja, as well as power transmission and distribution network. It is also engaged in the construction and installation of power facilities through its unit Elektrogradnja. As of December 31, 2011, the State of Montenegro owned a 55% stake in the Company.
