Elval Holdings SA, formerly ELVAL Hellenic Aluminium Industry SA, a member of VIOHALCO Group, is a Greece-based manufacturer of flat-rolled aluminum products. The Company is active in rolling and extrusion of aluminum products, in Greece, Great Britain and Bulgaria and promotes its products internationally, primarily to Europe, the United States and the Far East. The Company has two main segments: the Rolling segment, which produces and sells aluminum strips, aluminum coils, aluminum sheets and foil, and the Extrusion segment, which produces and sells architectural systems, industrial profiles and composite panels. The Other segment consists of: Aluminum and Paper Products segment, which produces combined aluminum and paper products; Aluminum Formation segment, which focuses on the formation of aluminum strips used in the construction of door and window roller shutters in buildings; Metal Processing and Recycling; advisory services in sale of aluminum products, and other services.
