Herzeliya, Israel, 24 September 2012: Emblaze announces that in accordance with the share repurchase programme announced on 04 September 2012, it purchased and transferred into Treasury 11,000 of its own shares on 21 September 2012 at an average price of 49.6372 pence per share.  The highest and lowest prices paid for these shares were 49.77 pence and 49.50 pence respectively.


Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company now holds 29,175,421 of its shares in Treasury.


The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury) is now 111,402,733.
