Dubai, UAE: Adding more to its customer experience and furthering its global connectivity, du has announced the pricing for calls to The Republic of South Sudan. Customers can now call South Sudan, which became an independent state in July 2011, with rates starting from just AED1.89 per minute.

The international dialling code for South Sudan is +211. To connect, customers should dial +211, followed by the destination's designated number.

Off Peak calls (made between 9pm - 9am) will be charged at AED1.89 per minute. Calls made at all other times will be charged at AED2.40 per minute. Out-bound roaming with One World, One Rate will be charged as per the Rest of World fee, starting at AED5 per minute for calls, AED2 per SMS and AED1 per 50KB of data consumed.
