Emirates Integrated Telecomm PJSC : du University congratulates 115 employees graduated from the School of Leadership, Retail Sales and Service and Enterprise Sales academies

At the fourth graduation ceremony since the inception of du University, 115 employees graduated from the School of Leadership, Retail Sales and Service Academy and Enterprise Sales Academies. During this most recent ceremony, 40 employees graduated successfully from the Enterprise Sales Academy for the first time, which was held at the du auditorium, du HQ Dubai Media City.

The graduates successfully completed the modules, which helped them develop their leadership, managerial, interpersonal and sales skills. Mastery certificates were awarded to the employees by members of du's senior leadership team.

'We are so pleased to congratulate yet another batch of fresh graduates from du University,' said Ibrahim Nassir. ' This initiative has opened the doors for talented individuals to improve their skills and gain the confidence to be the change makers of tomorrow. It also enables us, as a responsible business, to connect further with our employees and offer them a viable career path and the potential to grow within the organisation.'

Since its inception in 2015, the purpose of training and development from this initiative is to facilitate a transformation by altering mind-sets and creating a seamless culture of service throughout the organisation. A total of 1000+ du employees have undergone training through du University. du's aim is to continue engaging its employees through educational initiatives, and plans to launch the School of Technology in September and the Contact Centre Academy in the third quarter of 2016.
