Emirates Telecommunication : Etisalat opens pre-booking for latest Samsung Galaxy S6 and exclusively for Galaxy S6 Edge in the UAE

Etisalat today announced that it will offer the most awaited 4G+ LTE Samsung Galaxy S6 and available exclusively with Etisalat - the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, pre-order for which will begin on 26 March 2015.

Etisalat's customers will be able to order both the new models online through etisalat.ae/samsungS6, and become the first to receive their smartphones before the devices go on sale on 9 April. Enabled by Etisalat's latest 4G+ LTE network, the new devices will support super speeds of up to 300Mbps, the highest in the country.

As a bonanza, pre-ordering customers will receive a free wireless charger, originally priced at AED200. Etisalat's Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge customers enjoy the exclusivity on all the colours - white, black and gold - with the telco being the country's first to introduce the device. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in green will be available later after launch.

The standout feature of the Galaxy S6 Edge is the world's first dual-curved glass display. There is a 5.1" Quad HD Super AMOLED® display on both S6 phones. Pictures, games, videos-all amazingly vivid, detailed, and colorful graphics. Not only is it stunning, but it's packed with smart functionality and equipped with the latest Exynos processors from Samsung, 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and 5MP front camera.

Etisalat's customers can buy both the high-end smartphones from Samsung on a standalone basis. Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge of 32GB capacity are available for AED2,599 and AED 3,099 respectively, while Samsung S6 Edge 64GB is available for AED3,399.

To get a first-hand feel of these latest innovations from Samsung, customers can visit select Etisalat Business Centres in the country which display both the devices.

Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge customers will be able to use the free data bundled in the package optimally, thanks to Etisalat 4G /LTE network, the fastest and widest in the country. It offers high-speeds of up to 300 Mbps and covers nearly 90 percent of the country's populated regions.

As a standard feature, Etisalat's customers of the new Samsung smartphones can monitor their data and voice usage, pay their bills and much more through Etisalat's self-care mobile application - Etisalat-UAE - available for free download on all platforms, including iOS, BlackBerry, Android and Windows.
