Santiago, February 26, 2015.   Endesa Chile's Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the company's new organizational structure and the appointment of new executives were, in line with the challenges and goals that have been set by the Group.

In this regard, effective today, Mr. Ramiro Alfonsín, the company's current deputy CEO, will also assume the position as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Fernando Gardeweg, assuming both responsibilities. Valter Moro, Endesa Chile's CEO, thanked Mr. Gardeweg for his dedication and work while serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2012, when he assumed that position.

 Among the appointments, Mr. Claudio Helfmann shall assume the position of Business Development Officer; Mr. Bernardo Canales as Engineering and Construction Manager, and Mr. Humberto Espejo as Trading and Marketing Officer. All of them have extensive and successful careers, and they have the full support of Endesa Chile's Board of Directors and executive team, explained Valter Moro.

Thus, Endesa Chile's organizational structure shall consist in the following positions: Chief Executive Officer; Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer; General Counsel; Planning and Control Officer; Trading and Marketing Officer; Business Development Officer; Engineering and Construction Officer; Human Resources Officer, and Communications Officer.
