Enable Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENBL) announced today that it has priced an offering of $800 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes due 2028 at a price to the public of 99.197% of their face value. Enable Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) expects the offering to close on May 10, 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, including to repay all amounts outstanding under its 2015 term loan agreement, as well as amounts outstanding under its commercial paper program.
