Shareholders' Meeting: amendment to document

Rome, April 5th 2018 - With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of ENAV S.p.A. to be held on April 27th 2018, the Company informs that the English version of the Annual Financial Report as at December 31st 2017, including the Reports of the Board of Directors, of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and of the Independent Auditors, published on March 29th 2018 on the Company's website (www.enav.it, section Investor Relations' - 'Financial Statements & Reports') and on the authorized storage system 1Info (www.1info.it), has been cancelled and replaced by a new version of the report that incorporates the following amendments to the Report of the Independent Auditors:

• Non material wording amendments to translation into English of EY audit reports concerning (i) wording of 'key audit matters' and (ii) alignment to wording used in Italian audit reports in section 'Additional information pursuant to article 10 of EU Regulation n. 537/14' specifying that the audit activities are performed on the 'financial statements' of ENAV S.p.A. and on the 'consolidated financial statements' of the ENAV Group, eliminating the generic reference to 'financial statements of ENAV'.

The new Report is available at the Company's registered office in Rome - via Salaria n. 716, on the Company's website (www.enav.it, section Investor Relations' - 'Financial Statements & Reports') and on the authorized storage system 1Info (www.1info.it).
