TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 22, 2015) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the month of July 2015. The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2015. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
