Remark Subject: Report on the results of the 4th exercise of EARTH-W4 for the period of October 16, 2017 Attention: Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand Regarding the matter that Energy Earth Public Company Limited ("Company") has issued and offered of Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares (EARTH-W4) amounting to 1,411,487,567 units to the existing shareholders of the Company, and the exercise date to purchase the Company's ordinary shares shall be made every 6 months on the 15thof March and 15th of September of each year throughout the term of Warrants. The first exercise date was on March 15, 2016 and the last exercise date shall be on September 15, 2019. The exercise ratio 1 unit of warrant to 1.02 ordinary shares at the price of Baht 6.861 per share. The Company would like to report the result of the first exercise of warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares (EARTH-W4) on October 16, 2017 as follows: - Number of warrant holders' application 1 persons -
