The SET announces its procedures for listed companies that are subject to possible delisting which the period for rectifying the cause(s) of delisting has ended and adding additional causes for possible delisting due to fail to submit third quarterly, 2017 financial statements within due date
According to the Stock Exchange of Thailand's regulation, there are 2 periods of rehabilitation for listed companies which are subject to possible delisting i.e. (1) Period for rectifying the cause(s) of delisting and (2) Period for the repossession of the required qualifications for trading resumption.
The SET would like to inform procedures to listed companies which the given period for rectifying the cause(s) of delisting has ended as follows. (Details shown on the SET's news on 19 March 2018)
1. The SET announces the names of 16 listed companies which have already rectified the cause(s) of delisting as having entered the period for the repossession of qualifications in order to resume trading (Resume Stage) as follows

1/ ADAM is also subject to possible delisting as Cash Company, at present; the company has rectified the aforementioned cause of delisting. The SET grants period until 31 March 2019 for resume trade with qualify the listing requirement.

2. The SET grants an extension for rehabilitation period until 31 March 2019 to 4 listed companies which are unable to rectify the cause(s) of delisting as follows

2/ YNP is also subject to possible delisting in case of fail to submit financial statements, at present; the company has rectified the aforementioned cause of delisting. The SET grants period for the company until 31 March 2019 to submit financial statement within due date in accordance with such resume trading procedure.
In case of the aforementioned companies are unable to rectify the cause(s) of delisting or repossess the qualifications in order to resume trading within specified time, the SET will propose to the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand to consider delisting the listed companies accordingly.
3. Thai Unique Coil Center Public Company Limited (TUCC) is in the process of consideration and the SET will notify its resolution onwards.
Otherwise, there are 8 listed companies who fail to submit their reviewed financial statements ending 30 September 2017 to the SET. Those are late more than 6 months from 14 November 2017, resulting in the cause of additional possible delisting as SET's regulation Re: Delisting of Securities, 1999 clause 9(3), 9(5) and SET's guidelines for the listed companies failed to submit financial statements or late submission of financial statements from the due date. As a result, the SET announces additional causes for possible delisting these securities from 24 May, 2018.
