ERRATUM REGARDING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBED SHARES AND CAPITAL INCREASE VALUE
ENEVA S.A. ("Company"), in reference to the Notice to Shareholders dated August 2, 2016; August 5, 2016; September 9, 2016; September 16, 2016; and, September 27, 2016 in particular; all refer to the capital increase approved by the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 02, 2016 ("Capital Increase"), notifies its shareholders that:
The Company hereby rectifies the following items of the Notice to Shareholders disclosed on September 27, 2016:
The total number of subscribed shares in the Capital Increase was 77,358,610 (seventy-seven million, three hundred fifty-eight thousand, six hundred and ten) new common shares of the Company, which amounts to R$1,160,379,150.00 (one billion, one hundred sixty million, three hundred seventy-nine thousand, one hundred and fifty reais) instead of 77,358,606 (seventy-seven million, three hundred fifty-eight thousand, six hundred and six) new common shares of the Company, amounting R$1,160,379,096.46 (one billion, one hundred sixty million, three hundred seventy-nine thousand, ninety-six reais and forty-six cents); and
The total number of unsubscribed shares which shall be cancelled was 75,837,424 (seventy-five million, eight hundred thirty-seven thousand, four hundred and twenty-four) instead of 75,837,428 (seventy-five million, eight hundred thirty-seven thousand, four hundred and twenty-eight) Company shares.
