Entertainment One Ltd. ("eOne"or the "Company") announces the approval by the UK Listing Authority of the transfer of the listing category of all of its common shares from the standard listing segment to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, in accordance with Listing Rule 5.4A (the "Transfer"). "Today marks a significant day for the Group following a transformational year and consistent performance since listing. The Board believes that a premium listing is now appropriate for eOne, and is indicative of the successful evolution of the Group. The premium listing will create a wider exposure which will ultimately be advantageous for the Group and its shareholders. We look forward to being considered for the UK FTSE Index Series and the benefits that this would bring."
