Lohne, 13th September, 2013 - Between 10th - 13th September, the Lower Saxony company, EnviTec Biogas, presented big technology on a small scale at the SPACE exhibition in Rennes, France. The main attraction of the company's approximately 80 square metre exhibition stand was the compact plant, EnviFarm Compact, that was transparent and accessible to visitors.
"With the approximately 12 ton exhibit, we were able to give the French market a greater understanding of the advantages of the concept of the compact plant", said Roel Slotman, COO Sales and Marketing at EnviTec Biogas, who, together with the Head of the Exhibition, Paul Kerdraon, the Managing Director of EnviTec France, Henk Ciers, and the President of the Breton Chamber of Agriculture, Jacques Jaouen, cut the green ribbon and officially opened the EnviFarm Compact plant.
The introduction of new feed-in tariffs and a new bonus system for fertilisers, offers promising prospects for the green multi-talent Biogas on the French renewable energy market. With an output of 75 KW upwards, EnviFarm Compact plants score top marks for maximum profitability using minimum installation space. The flexible EnviTec Biogas compact units are installed in steel containers to be particularly space-saving and can, alongside a pure slurry operation, be fuelled with any kind of biomass. In this way, EnviFarm Compact offers ideal options, especially to livestock farmers.
"Based on the technology used in our larger plants, EnviFarm Classic, we offer new customers a very attractive alternative in this small segment", explained Slotman in his opening speech. Jean Paul le Crom, operator of an EnviTec plant in Rohan, also drew the attention of the reporters and visitors to the outstanding made-in-Germany technology:
"For us, the flexibility in energy recovery from waste as well as the entire service package were the key factors in our decision in favour of EnviTec Biogas", explained the farmer.
With its two plant lines, EnviFarm Compact and EnviFarm Classic, the company, now active in 20 countries, once again proves its vision.
