Kibbe is recognized for her success in managing risk and reducing eDiscovery costs throughout her career - as outside counsel, in-house counsel and currently as head of Expert and Professional Services for Epiq's eDiscovery business, where she leads a group of professionals responsible for delivering defensible document review projects and proactive, solution-oriented consultation around litigation readiness, defensible data remediation, structured data handling, records management, data privacy and other litigation matters.
Kibbe's career spans more than two decades as an attorney, with a focus on complex litigation and legal technology, defensibility and cost containment. Prior to joining Epiq in 2009, she served as senior corporate counsel and managing director of Pfizer's discovery response team and director of electronic discovery services at Thomson Reuters.
Kibbe holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Southern District of New York and the Third Circuit.
