Hazel Grant, Partner at Bristows LLP, is an IT lawyer specializing in information law. As a data privacy specialist, Ms. Grant advises on EU data protection compliance strategies as well as the implementation of privacy-compliant technologies and processes. Her data protection work includes advising on cloud computing, cookie law compliance and data security breaches. She is the author of the UK chapter of E-Discovery and Data Privacy - A Practical Guide (Wolters Kluwer), and a contributing author to the Encyclopedia of Data Protection and Privacy and the Encyclopedia of IT Law (both Sweet and Maxwell).

David S. Panzer, Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, is a litigator with 15 years of experience in a wide range of disputes, but with a keen interest in the nuances of the rules of civil procedure and evidence.  As a member of the firm's national eDiscovery and eRetention practice group, Mr. Panzer helps clients navigate their swift-moving eDiscovery obligations as the intersection of law and technology continues to move ahead.

Daniel Charboneau, Information Security Lead at Epiq Systems, is responsible for the information security program at Epiq. He has more than 10 years of experience in information security and information technology.
