Epiq Systems Declares Quarterly Dividend
Kansas City, KS (March 1, 2012) - Epiq Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:
EPIQ), a leading provider of managed technology for the
global legal profession, today announced that its Board of
Directors has approved a cash dividend of 5.0 cents per share
of outstanding common stock. The quarterly dividend
will be payable May 18, 2012, to stockholders of record at
the close of business on April 16, 2012.
