EPIRUS will now announce its third quarter 2015 financial results on Monday, November 16, 2015 before the financial markets open. This updated timeframe is necessary for auditors to complete their review of two recently-closed complex international transactions.  

The Company has rescheduled its conference call and webcast to Monday, November 16, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the financial results and provide a business update.
