NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
We hereby inform our shareholders that the Dividends and Interest on Equity ("IoE") approved by the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 04/27/2017 will be paid on December 21, 2017, without any monetary restatement of any other kind of compensation.
We would like to remind that the mentioned AGM approved the distribution of dividends equivalent to R$ 0.580000 per common share and that, the Board of Directors meeting held on 12/26/2016 approved the payment of IoE equivalent of R$ 0.2800000 per common share.
