Audit Committee Chair Succession

The Company announces that Darren Pope will become Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 November 2017 in succession to Vicky Jarman. Vicky will continue as a member of the Committee and her other Board committee memberships and role as the Senior Independent Director remain unchanged.

Darren joined the Board in December 2016 and is currently a member of the Audit, Nomination and Risk Committees. He is a Certified Accountant with over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry and is also the Audit Committee Chair at Virgin Money Holdings (UK) Plc.
