Genoa, 2 May 2017 - ERG, through its subsidiary ERG Power Generation S.p.A., has today completed the acquisition from DIF RE Erneuerbare Energien 1 GmbH and DIF RE Erneuerbare Energien 3 GmbH of 100% of the equity in six German companies that own six wind farms in Germany, with an overall installed capacity of 48.4 MW (see Press Release dated 8 March 2017).

This transaction, in keeping with its overseas growth and diversification strategy, allows ERG to consolidate its position in the German onshore wind energy market, taking its installed wind capacity to 216 MW.
