ERG S.p.A : Agreement for the purchase and sale of treasury shares

Genoa, 14 May 2012 - ERG has today appointed Intermonte SIM S.p.A. as independent authorised intermediary for the purchase and sale of ERG ordinary shares ("Shares") starting from 15 May 2012, in accordance with the resolutions adopted by the ERG S.p.A. Board of Directors on 10 May 2012 and by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 20 April 2012, as previously communicated to the market in press releases disseminated respectively on 11 May and 20 April 2012.
