Erste Bank : Sabine Mlnarsky on her way to Erste Group

Sabine Mlnarsky will assume the role of Head of Human Resources at Erste Group in Austria starting in October. In this function, she will be responsible for the two legal units 'Holding' and 'Erste Bank'. The two positions for personnel matters will be combined into one under Sabine Mlnarsky after Martina Ernst leaves. 'With this change, we are ensuring the best possible coordination of personnel management in Austria in very challenging times,' said Markus Posch, Head of Group Human Resources for the entire Erste Group. 'It is especially important to us to highlight our strong position as an attractive employer and to professionally manage the structural change the sector is undergoing,' explained Posch. Sabine Mlnarsky will concentrate on issues related to Human Resources in Austria as deputy to Markus Posch, while Markus Posch will continue to be responsible for the international perspective.

Sabine Mlnarsky was head of personnel at Erste Bank Oesterreich for many years. She switched to AUA in 2013 in this function. There she made crucial contributions to the restructuring of the company and, above all, negotiated a new collective agreement in conformity with the market that was essential to securing the business location in Vienna.
