Es System SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the design, production and sale of lighting systems and luminaries. The Company's products are used for illuminating offices, commercial, public and industrial facilities, open spaces, railways, streets and parks. The Company's product portfolio consists of three types of luminaries: indoor, including architectural and industrial lighting systems; outdoor, comprising projectors, specialists systems, street and amenity lighting, and emergency lighting solutions, including light-emitting diode (LED) systems. As of December 31, 2011, the Company has four subsidiaries, including three Poland-based companies ES-SYSTEM Wilkasy Sp. z o.o., ES-SYSTEM Rzeszow Sp. z o.o. and ES-SYSTEM NT Sp. z o.o., and ES-SYSTEM Scandinavia AB, based in Sweden.
