Hospital da Luz clients have exclusive portal available 24 hours a day

To request consultations and exams on-line, access results and alerts, and register data and health personal measurements - all this is now possible, since the beginning of March, for clients of most Hospital da Luz network units.

The Patient Portal of Hospital da Luz network intends to be the clients' trusted partner, as a platform where they can store and access at will their health information, in a safe and confidential manner.

At the same time, clients have access to a multitude of services on-line, available 24 hours a day: request consultations and exams, consult the appointments agenda and receive alerts, access reports of a wide number of exams and analyses, register data and personal measurements, and verify the record of costs and consultations.

The Patient Portal is available for 16-year-long clients in nine units of Hospital da Luz network: Arrábida, Lisboa, Póvoa de Varzim, Setúbal and clinics of Amadora, Amarante, Cerveira, Oeiras and Porto.

Access to the Client Portal is free of charge and the adherence request, for safety reasons, must be done personally by the client at the respective Hospital da Luz unit, simply presenting his identification document and tax number and indicating a telephone number.

The Portal can be accessed via Hospital da Luz site. It's an area of personal and restricted access (via mobile phone, PC or tablet), being available in Portuguese and English.
