INVITATION TO HALF YEAR 2017 RESULTS & STRATEGIC REVIEW PRESENTATIONS

Essentra plc is due to report its Half Year results for the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 28 July 2017. The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website (http://www.essentraplc.com). On the same day, Paul Forman, Chief Executive, will also present Essentra's revised corporate strategy, further to the review which the Company has been undertaking since the beginning of the year.

The Half Year Results and strategy presentations to analysts and investors will start at 08:30 (UK time, registration from 08:00), and will be held at Deutsche Bank, Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester Street, London, EC2N 2DB. It is anticipated that the event will conclude no later than 13:00.
