Esso in cooperation with Thai Motorcycle Enterprise Association (TMEA) and Hua Hin Municipality jointly promoted the use of safety helmets and provided defensive driving for youth at Prachuabkirikhan province.

Mr. Mongkolnimit Auacherdkul (5th left), Director and Manager of Public and Government Affairs, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, together with Mr. Nopporn Wutthikul (4th left), Mayor of Hua Hin Municipality, and Dr. Wisoot Wiseschinda (3rd left), Director of Thai Motorcycle Enterprise Association (TMEA), jointly presided over the campaign "Safe Ride, 100% Fasten Safety Helmet" and presented 200 safety helmets to participating students and motorists at the event which was held at Pone Kingpetch Park, Hua Hin District, Prachuabkirikhan recently. The campaign was aimed to promote safety awareness including traffic training for youth to cope with the national agenda on safe driving. Esso provided the funds of 200,000 Baht in support of this campaign which was also joined by the company executives, dealers and alliances.

Esso holds safety as its prime policy in operations. It also actively participates in safety promotion campaigns to support the government's policy for public safety enhancement.
