Etalon : Launches Project on Blyukhera Street

ETALON GROUP PLC ('Etalon Group' or the 'Company'), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has launched sales for its project in the Kalininskiy District of St Petersburg.

The project will comprise two 17-storey buildings and a multi-storey parking garage with 382 parking spaces. The expected NSA of the project is 102 ths sqm, including 77 ths sqm of residential area. The development will feature new floorplan solutions that reflect the latest trends in modern living spaces, in line with the Company's strategic goal of further refining its product offering. The modern, flexible and convenient floorplans, large apartments with high ceilings and good views, and functional zoning of living space take the standards of contemporary comfort class apartments to a whole new level. The ground floor space will be occupied by non-residential premises, including pharmacies, beauty salons, and clinics. Outdoor areas that are part of the development will include playgrounds, sitting areas, walking paths and sports infrastructure.

The site is located on Blyukhera Street in a well-developed neighbourhood of the Kalininskiy District. This project enjoys close proximity to pre-schools, schools, fitness clubs, as well as numerous stores, shopping and entertainment centres. The lovely park of the Forestry Academy and the Polustrovsky Garden make the neighbourhood even more attractive and pleasant to live in.

The project is conveniently located for both public transport users and car owners. It is within walking distance of two metro stations, Lesnaya and Ploshchad Muzhestva. Entrances to both the city Ring Road and St Petersburg's main toll road, the Western Rapid Diameter, are located only eight kilometres away.

Etalon Group plans to complete the project in 2020.
