Board Changes

London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC') announces the resignation, with immediate effect, of the following Non-Executive Directors of ENRC: Mr. Gerhard Ammann, Mr. Richard Burrows, Dr. Mohsen Khalil, Mr. Roderick Thomson, and Mr. Terence Wilkinson.  

As outlined in the Circular to ENRC shareholders dated 14 August 2013, it was the intention of all the members of the Independent Committee of ENRC to resign as ENRC Directors upon the Offer for the Company becoming wholly unconditional in all respects and subsequently closing. The Offer was declared unconditional in all respects this morning by Eurasian Resources Group B.V.
