Euromayor SA de Inversiones (Euromayor) is an Argentina-based company principally engaged in the real estate sector. The Company's activities include the construction, development and promotion of real estate projects mainly located in the cities of Cordoba, Mendoza and Buenos Aires. The Company's properties portfolio includes office buildings, residential housings and planned condominiums; such as Vistas del Parque, Antigua Cerveceria and Laguna Azul, among others. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned two subsidiaries Antigua CC Fideicomiso Financiero and Canteras Natal Crespo SA. In addition, Bilanx Fideicomiso Financiero was the Company's majority shareholder. In June 2014, the Company sold 4,483,986 shares of Canteras Natal Crespo, representing 51% stake.
