Europcar Groupe : M. Jean-Charles Pauze resigns from his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board

Europcar Group, the European leader in vehicle rental services and a major player in mobility services, announced that M. Jean-Charles Pauze had resigned for personal reasons from his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of Europcar Group.

M. Jean-Charles Pauze's resignation became effective on December 15th 2016, as the Supervisory Board has taken due note of his resignation on that date.

M. Jean-Paul Bailly, Supervisory Board President, thanked Mr Jean-Charles Pauze in the following terms: "As President of the Supervisory Board and on behalf of all its members, I want to warmly thank Jean-Charles Pauze for his commitment and contribution to the Board's work during his various mandates, that was truly appreciated and most valuable for the Europcar Group."
