Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited Contracted Sales Results Update for April 2016

(3rd May 2016, Hong Kong) Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited ("Evergrande" or the "Group", SEHK stock code: 3333), one of the leading large-scale integrated residential property developers in China, announces today contracted sales results for April 2016.

In April 2016, the Group achieved contracted sales of RMB 23.06 billion. Contracted sales area for the month amounted to approximately 2,611,000 sq. m., with contracted average selling price ("ASP") at RMB 8,830 per sq.

m. The Group's contracted sales, contracted sales area and contracted ASP for April 2016 increased by 52.5%, 23.6% and 23.4% respectively compared with April 2015.

From January to April 2016, the Group's total contracted sales of approximately RMB 88.73 billion, total contracted sales area was approximately 10,115,000 sq. m., and contracted ASP was RMB 8,771 per sq. m.. When compared with January to April 2015, total contracted sales, total contracted sales area and contracted ASP increased by 94.3%, 64.5% and 18.2% year on year, respectively.
