  • New Subsidiary on East Coast

Rotkreuz, Dec. 01, 2015 - The international technology corporation exceet Group is stepping up its activities in the US. With a new subsidiary, exceet USA Inc. near Boston, Massachusetts, the Group is intensifying support services for established customers and building the foundation for expanding its activities in the lucrative North American market.

For years, the member companies of exceet Group, including Berlin-based AEMtec and GS Swiss PCB, have been leading providers in the fields of opto-electronics, sensor technology and highly miniaturized circuit boards for medical technology, industry and security. The two companies possess outstanding production capabilities particularly for the health segment and have a customer base of major international medical product manufacturers.

To intensify support services for established customers of both AEMtec and GS Swiss PCB and gain new customers in the US, exceet will rely on the Americans David Kirsch and James Ohneck, who will head the new exceet USA Inc.

David Kirsch has more than 20 years experience growing a North American sales and support organization for a leading international manufacturer of a complex dosing, mixing and dispensing system with applications in healthcare and industry.

James Ohneck has over 30 years of experience in a variety of sales, marketing and product management positions at technology companies, including international medical product manufacturers in the US. Most recently, he spent more than 15 years with a leading US electronics company, first heading the Western USA sales segment and then responsible for global sales.

'In David Kirsch and James Ohneck, we have just the perfect local support and representation to position our development and manufacturing strengths for high-end micro-systems, opto- electronic and industrial applications on the US market. They will also be able to leverage exceet's broad competencies in circuit board production to support client projects', says Dan Negrea, managing director of AEMtec.

Daniel Puschmann, managing director of GS Swiss PCB, adds: 'With their extensive technology expertise and long-standing experience, these two specialists will optimally support new and established customers in developing new products.
