23 January 2017- Experian plc, the global information services company (the 'Company'), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-

Further to the announcement by the Company on 11 May 2016 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ('Shares') from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as follows:

Date and time of purchase: 23 January 2017 16:48:47

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume): 137,779

Price per Share (weighted average price): 1533.2198 pence

Trading venue: XLON

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.
