Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2012 and Proxy Form

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, Ireland on Wednesday 18 July 2012 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The additional information required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors' responsibilities, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, was included in the Company's preliminary results announcement on 10 May 2012.
