Dr. Caroline Harris, Corporate Vice President, Center Director & Principal Scientist in Exponent's Chemical Regulation & Food Safety practice, will be chairing a session at the 9th International Fresenius Conference, 'Pesticide Residues in Food.' The event will be held in Mainz, Germany on June 26 through June 27, 2017.
The International Fresenius Conference will discuss regulatory issues, review of analytical methods, and monitoring challenges. It brings together professionals in the fields of food and beverage, regulatory authorities, food inspection offices, and much more.
Dr. Harris's session, 'Monitoring Challenges,' will explore EU pesticide monitoring data, pesticide control from a manufacturer's perspective, and challenges for residue analysis and monitoring programmes in Latin-American countries.
