Exponent will be attending the 16th International Fresenius Conference on Food Safety and Dietary Risk Assessment. The event takes place April 17-18, 2018 in Mainz, Germany.

The conference is designed to promote an active exchange amongst participants and offer a platform to bring together industry, the scientific sector, and authorities in the consulting field. The conference will highlight the following topics:

  • Cumulative risk assessment and evaluation of mixtures
  • Assessment of metabolites
  • Acute dietary risk assessment - IESTI
  • Establishment of MRLs
Dr. Caroline Harris, Corporate Vice President, Center Director & Principal Scientist in Exponent's Chemical Regulation & Food Safety practice, will be chairing the sessions, 'Assessment of Metabolites' and Establishment of MRLs.' Dr. Harris specializes in MRLs, import tolerances, and pesticide residues in international trade. She also remains highly active in the field of consumer risk assessment.
