Exponent's Construction Consulting staff will be presenting at the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) Western Winter Workshop February 8-11, 2018 in Indian Wells, California. The 57th Annual Workshop includes capital management and technical presentations showcasing the very latest in project controls tools and techniques. The Workshop provides a unique opportunity to network with key decision makers for major capital project delivery organizations as well as owners, executives, managers, engineers and many other industry professionals.
Exponent staff will presenting the following topics:
Ms. Lamis El Didi will present, 'Benchmarking and Predictive Analytics to Improve Estimates, Forecasts, and Performance Evaluation.'
Ms. Winnie Davis will present, 'How to Get to 'One Source of Truth' on Large, Multi-Year Programs.'
Mr. Joshua Ritti, Ms. Valeria Tyndall, and Mr. Raymond Hsu will present, 'Program and Project Assessment for Effective Execution' and 'Program and Project Assessment for Effective Execution.'
