Offline Shoppers Analytics

The fast growing online ecommerce business is posing a greater threat to the traditional brick and mortar retailers. It is not only about the reach provided to the retailers on the online platform but also the huge information about customers' likes, interests, and their demographics. This helps the online retailer to push through the products as per individual preference. It is possible to keep records of individual customers' preferences visiting a retail store. So, in order to allow traditional retailers to compete and meet shopper expectations, Extreme Networks introduced its "Retail Guest Analytics solution", which is a part of the company's new ExtremeWireless WiNG product portfolio.

The Company's Retail Guest Analytics solution provided for a highly integrated, customizable platform that will support the retailers to better understand individual shoppers' in-store habits and creating personalized offers. The product offers traditional retailers the tools to compete on par with online retailers by quickly adjusting promotions to drive customer engagement and improve brand experience, while reducing costs and time-to-market, leading to increased revenue per customer. The new analytics solution from Extreme Networks can keep records of up to 10 million shoppers across a chain, offers single sign-on options to the retailers and integrates directly with the Company's ExtremeWireless WiNG solutions.
