EYEMAXX successfully concludes partial sale of Postquadrat in Mannheim

Aschaffenburg, 21 March 2018 - Die EYEMAXX Real Estate AG (ISIN DE000A0V9L94) has now concluded the final sale agreement for the partial sale of its major project Postquadrat in Mannheim already reported (see ad-hoc dated 24 November 2017). BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Germany GmbH has acquired houses 3 and 4 as part of a forward sale for the "Bayer Pensions Vehikel Fonds" that it manages. It has been agreed not to disclose the purchase price, this is in the middle double digit euro range. Houses 3 and 4 have a total of residential and commercial area of more than 10,000 square. The residential units and business premises being created will be let. The houses are scheduled to be handed over in spring 2020.


Information and Explanation of the Issuer to this News:

The Postquadrat project in Mannheim which is currently being realised is the largest project in EYEMAXX's company history. The project has a total volume of more than EUR 170 million, and EYEMAXX has already been able to report very successful partial sales in parallel to its implementation. The company is also currently implementing additional real estate projects over and above the Postquadrat in Mannheim. These include the two major projects in Schönefeld (Berlin), each with a volume of around EUR 170 million. EYEMAXX' total project pipeline thus amounts to around EUR 760 million. The large-scale Postquadrat project in Mannheim is being realised together with a non-operating joint venture partner through to 2020. Residential and commercial units with total floor space of around 60,000 square meters are being built on a site of around 20,000 square meters.

Dr. Michael Müller, EYEMAXX Real Estate AG's CEO explained: 'This partial sale to a well-known investor shows how attractive our large-scale Postquadrat project is. As the hotel section has also already been successfully sold we have now been able to conclude agreements for around half of the total project.'
