Fabasoft AG: Release according to Article 26a of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Fabasoft AG is an Austria-based holding company operating in the software solutions area. The Company’s product portfolio includes, among others, Fabasoft Folio, an enterprise business process and documentation management solution; Fabasoft eGov-Suit, a solution for electronic records management; Fabasoft MINDBREEZE, an enterprise search solution; Fabasoft app.telemetry, an application performance monitoring and end-user experience monitoring solution; Fabasoft app.ducx, a use case based development environment for composite content applications based on the Company's other products, and Fabasoft app.test, which is a use case oriented development environment for automated acceptance tests. The Company also provides cloud services with Fabasoft Folio Cloud and Faba5, among others. As of March 31, 2012, the Company operated a number of subsidiaries in Austria, as well as a subsidiary in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States.
