Fabrica Peruana Eternit SA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of asbestos cement products for the construction industry. The Company’s products portfolio includes plasterboard walls and ceilings, corrugated roofing, decorative roof tiles, water tanks and sanitary latrines, which are marketed under the Techos, Tanques, Multiplaca, Saneamiento, Superboard, Gyplac and Deco brands, among others. The Company also offers technical assistance and consultancy services. As of December 31, 2011, Etex Peru SAC was the Company’s majority shareholder with 99.6% of its interest.
