Faes Farma has licenced its antihistaminic bilastine to Menarini for the important markets of South Africa and Argentina.
Menarini´s subsidiary in South Africa, Adcock Ingram, is one of the country´s main pharmaceutical companies, with a promotional team of more than 300 delegates and is absolute leader of the allergy´s market.
Menarini Argentina and Faes Farma will market the product in this country under two different brands. Argentina is one of the Latin American pharmaceutical markets with bigger growths at the present moment (+24%).
This way, Menarini consolidates as Faes Farma´s strategic partner for bilastine.
Bilastine, a product researched and developed by Faes Farma is already licenced in most countries around the world.
