Fairchild (NASDAQ: FCS), a leading supplier of high performance power and mobile products, announced today that the Company’s executive team will be in New York City the week of Sept. 1 to host its Investor Day and ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell, as well as attend the Citi 2014 Global Technology Conference.

Kicking off the week, Fairchild’s Chairman and CEO, Mark Thompson, and Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer, Mark Frey, will speak at the annual Citi 2014 Global Technology Conference on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014.

Fairchild will host its Investor Day event the following day on Thursday, Sept. 4 at The New York Hilton Midtown. This event will feature senior management including Mark Thompson, Vijay Ullal, President and COO, as well as the rest of the senior leadership team presenting the strategic direction of the company, expected operational improvements and a review of the anticipated benefits these efforts will have on Fairchild’s financial performance.

The Fairchild team will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square to ring the Closing Bell on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
