• Proposed Cardinal House Group acquisition terminated
• Fe Limited to remain focused as a mineral exploration company

Fe Limited (Company) (ASX: FEL) advises that it has terminated the proposed acquisition of 100% of Cardinal House Group Pty Ltd (Cardinal House) (Acquisition).

On 12 November 2015, the Company entered into a Share Sale Agreement (SSA) for the Acquisition that was conditional on a number of items including the finalisation of the capital raising and conditional approval to be reinstated to quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange. The Company exercises its right to terminate the SSA on the basis that there are reasonable grounds to believe the conditions precedent to the SSA cannot be met. As a result, the acquisition of Cardinal House will not proceed.

The Board believes that it is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders to terminate the Acquisition and remain focused as a mineral exploration company.
