On 30 September 2014, Artemis Beteiligungen III AG, Hergiswil, informed us that it is completely transferring its shareholding in Feintool International Holding AG to its sister company Artemis Beteiligungen I AG, Hergiswil. Artemis Beteiligungen I AG and Michael Pieper report that they own 2,245,949 (50.32%) Feintool shares and thus exceed the 50% threshold.
