Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU / MI: FCA) announced today that its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter of 2014 will be released on Wednesday, January 28,
2015.

3:00 p.m. CET / 9:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, January 28.
