For September, Fiat Group Automobiles records a 6 Merger of Fiat S.p.A. into Fiat Investments N.V. - Information Document Approved - Merger to become effective on October 12

Fiat S.p.A. ("Fiat") announced today that it has been authorized by Consob to publish the information document ("Information Document") for the listing of FCA common shares on Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA") and that the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets has completed its review of the Information Document.

The Information Document will be posted on Fiat's corporate website (www.fiatspa.com) on

October 12 and, following completion of the merger, on FCA's website.

The merger will become effective on October 12, 2014 and FCA common shares will commence trading on the NYSE at 9:30 AM New York time on Monday, October 13, 2014 and shortly thereafter on the MTA, as announced by Borsa Italiana.

Today will be the last day of trading of Fiat ordinary shares on the MTA, Euronext France and

Deutsche Börse.
